I have been trained many different techniques of Massage Therapy.  Completed continuing education in Healing with Hydrotherapy, Fibromyalgia, Arthritic Conditions and Massage, Sciatic Nerve and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome Anatomy, How to combat the damaging Effects of Chronic Stress, Reiki, Muscles and Meridians of the Body, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage and Shiatsu, Geriatric, Infant, Sports and Stone Massage, etcetera.  

• From a slow gentle Swedish Relaxation or a vigorous Sports Massage.  I can enhance your session with Essential oils, hot or cold therapy.  I believe each person deserves to have their session customized for their unique needs.
